By accessing or using the Orda platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Legal entity: Orda is operated by its registered business entity. Legal details will be updated after registration is completed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Orda, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using Orda on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Orda is a logistics coordination platform that helps load providers, transporters, brokers and fleet owners post and discover load and vehicle opportunities. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any transport transaction between users.

3. Account Registration

• You must register using a valid Indian mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your OTP or account access with others.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Orda to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent load or vehicle information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on Orda. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post.

6. No Guarantee of Transactions

Orda facilitates discovery and coordination between parties. We do not guarantee that any load will be fulfilled, any vehicle will be hired, or any transaction will be successfully completed. Any agreement between users is solely between those parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orda and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users, transport delays, or financial losses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Orda at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via our account deletion page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes where required.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
