Delete Account / Data Request

You have the right to request deletion of your Orda account and any personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit that request.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, send an email to support@meetorda.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Please include the following in your email:
- The mobile number registered with your Orda account.
- A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account and data.
- Any specific data you want deleted, if different from full account deletion.
What Happens After Your Request
- We will verify your identity to confirm ownership of the account.
- Your account will be deactivated promptly upon verification.
- Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law, for fraud prevention, or for legal dispute resolution purposes. This will be kept to the minimum necessary and will not be used for any other purpose.
In-App Deletion (Coming Soon)
We are working on an in-app account deletion feature. Once available, you will be able to delete your account directly from within the Orda app without needing to email us.
